In order to properly submit a Staff Complaint against any member of our staff the following requirements must be met.
- Each question must be filled out to its full extent.
- Each question must be filled out truthfully.
- You must state everyone involved's roleplay first and last names.
- You must state the roles of all roles.(Ex. Bystander, Victim, Staff Member, etc.)
- The situation section must be filled in to it's fullest, and go into detail.
- All evidence must start at least two(2) minutes prior to the incident.
- All evidence must not be tampered with or cut.
- Failure to provide video or audio dependent on the type of report may result in closure of the report.
- All complaints must not be for a situation older than a month.
- If a TeamSpeak/Discord private message, you must show all of the chat between you and that staff member.(Highly recommended to turn on private chat logging!)
